️This story has the following characters : Reyansh, Avipsa, Mahika, Sonal, and Priti. The protagonists (male and female) are Reyansh and Avipsa respectively. Reyansh is an engineer, sad and a lot more sleep deprived (quite like my sleep patterns). Avipsa, is a cheery girl, full of ambition and glee. Reyansh is still in his head with Mahika, trying to get over her when he meets Avipsa unexpectedly. They become friends fast enough. Reyansh is helped by Avipsa to lead a less miserable life. But then... Avipsa is getting stalked. She, like any person too has a past. But who is the stalker? Why did the stalker stalk her? Is the stalker a he or a she? Who gave her that picture of hers that disappeared in minutes? Who sent Avipsa those flowers? Who wrote on her bathroom glass wall with the bright pink lipstick while she was bathing in her apartment alone? Why does Priti being her best friend did not trust Avipsa to be sane enough to not hallucinate it? Why is Priti forcing her to go see a therapist instead of helping Avipsa? Does this all relate to her past somehow? Does Avipsa need police or a therapist? What was in that purple gift box? How did everything she receive disappear?🤯This is how I felt at every chapter which ended with such 'leaving me on the edge of my seat' feelings! This book has a part 2 to answer all my questions.
It's a thriller that makes chills run down your spine with the cliffhanger parts. I never knew that e-books can grab my attention as much as physical books. Almost half the time I'm expecting the thing to be a ghost, a hallucination or a damn human, but I won't know until I read part 2.
